Please take care when filling in your details, as we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been shipped.

United Kingdom & Europe Orders

UK and European orders are sent from our Australia Studio via UPS Express. Delivery is typically 1-3 business days within the UK, however it can be up to 5 days depending on your location. Please note when ordering on uk.kirstinash.com or eu.kirstinash.com, all duties and taxes are covered for our customers and there will be no customs delays due to this. 

 

New Zealand Orders

New Zealand orders are sent from our base in Christchurch. Delivery is typically 2-4 days. However please note, for engraved orders and any items are out of stock, we do also send from our Sydney studio using UPS Express which is has a fast delivery at 2-5 days.

Australian Orders

Australian orders are sent with Eparcel Australia Post Express Delivery. This service is typically next day for main cities in NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS and ACT, however please note it can take up to 2 business days, particularly for rural areas. Delivery is typically 2-3 business days for TAS, WA and NT.

United States Orders

Orders to the United States are sent via UPS Express and are delivered within 1-3 business days (depending on location).  

Please note: we do not cover the return postage cost, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international orders.


Other International Orders

International orders are sent via Australia Post Registered International Mail service and are typically received within 5-14 business days (depending on location). If you would like your order shipped through another company i.e. TNT, Fedex or DHL please contact us. Shipping is calculated in your currency and added at checkout.

Missed Delivery

Please note: in the event that no one is home or delivery cannot be made, the delivery will be taken to the nearest post shop. The delivery service will generally leave a missed delivery card, which will provide the details of the nearest depot where the delivery is located. Unfortunately due to security and postal service policies, we are unable to arrange for re-delivery or pickup while the delivery is at this location. Pick-up is the responsibility of the customer and legally the person listed on the address is the only person who can pick-up the delivery. If pick-up is not possible, the delivery will be returned to us and at that stage we can either resend to you, or we can offer a refund or credit (depending on what you prefer).

 

Store Orders

Wholesale store orders generally require 5-10 days in processing, due to the larger order size.
