In the event that you receive faulty or damaged jewellery from us, we are happy to replace or refund the items.
Please email us a photo, description of the damage, and your online order number. We will assess each case and may require you to return the faulty item for further inspection. We can only replace items that are in stock and will do our best to keep you, our customer happy. We offer a 6 month warranty with proof of purchase and a 12 month warranty on solid pieces.
If you have purchased from one of our stockists, please return the faulty piece to the stockist, along with your proof of purchase, and they will contact our studio to assess.
